我县现有幼儿园497所,其中县示范园1所,乡镇中心园18所,厂矿企业办园22所,个体园11所,乡村村办幼儿混合班445所(占全县的90.7%)。由于园点多,分布广,师资水平参差不齐,办学条件悬殊较大。我们坚持从实际出发,合理划分层次,进行分类指导,根据不同层次,提出不同要求。第一层次是示范幼儿园及三所条件比较好的乡镇幼儿园。这些幼儿园无论是教师素质,还是设备条件均居全县上游。我们要求这些园集中在“改、管、带”三个字上下功夫,在提高保教质量上发挥带头作用。改,就是要求这些幼儿园起码
There are 497 kindergartens in our county, including 1 county demonstration garden, 18 township center parks, 22 factories and mines business parks, 11 individual parks, and 445 preschool mixing classes (90.7% of the county). Due to many parks, widely distributed, uneven levels of teachers, school conditions disparity. We insist on proceeding from reality, rationally demarcating levels, conducting classified guidance and putting forward different requirements according to different levels. The first level is demonstration kindergartens and three better conditions for the town kindergarten. These kindergartens both the quality of teachers, or equipment conditions are upper reaches of the county.
