改变锰的负载量及前驱体 ,制备了 Mn Ox/ Al2 O3、Mn Ox/ Ba O- Al2 O3系列催化剂 ;采用 X-射线衍射( XRD)、程序升温还原 ( TPR)对催化剂进行表征 ,并考察了 Ba O的加入对 CH4 低温燃烧催化活性的影响 .结果表明 ,用醋酸锰作前驱体与用硝酸锰制备的催化剂相比 ,其活性组分分散性好、氧中心活性高 ,催化 CH4 低温燃烧的活性高 .在 Al2 O3载体中掺入 Ba O,催化剂的氧中心数目没有明显变化 ,但氧中心活性有所下降 ,因而降低了对 CH4 低温燃烧的催化活性 .
Mn oxide / Al 2 O 3 and Mn Ox / Ba O-Al 2 O 3 catalysts were prepared by changing the loading of manganese and precursors. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature programmed reduction (TPR) The effect of BaO addition on the catalytic activity of CH4 at low temperature combustion was studied.The results show that the active components have good dispersion and high oxygen center activity compared with the catalysts prepared with manganese acetate as precursors and catalyze the low temperature combustion of CH4 The activity of oxygen center was decreased, and the catalytic activity of low temperature combustion of CH4 was reduced.When BaO was doped into Al2 O3 carrier, the number of oxygen center did not change obviously, but the activity of oxygen center decreased.
