目的对该酒店客房空调系统竣工时卫生状况进行卫生学评价,预防和控制可能出现的健康危害因素。方法采用现场卫生学调查空调系统布局及卫生设施设置情况,并按抽样比例随机抽取2套空调系统检测理化与微生物指标。结果客房层共8套空调系统均已安装空气净化消毒装置;2套空调系统冷却水、冷凝水均未检出嗜肺军团菌,新风量、空调送风、风管内表面卫生指标中,除22层9间房间细菌总数超标(合格率为10%),6间房间真菌总数超标(合格率为40%)外,其余卫生指标的检测值均合格。结论该酒店客房层空调系统空调送风细菌、真菌污染严重,与其空调部件未进行清洁有关,必须加强管理,空调系统及部件经清洗消毒,检测评价合格后方可运行。
Objective To evaluate the hygienic condition of the hotel room air conditioning system when it is completed and to prevent and control possible health hazards. Methods The scene hygiene was used to investigate the layout of air-conditioning system and the setting of sanitation facilities. Two sets of air-conditioning systems were randomly selected to detect the physical, chemical and microbiological indicators according to the sample proportions. Results A total of 8 air-conditioning systems in the guest rooms were installed with air purification and disinfection devices. Two sets of air-conditioning system cooling water and condensate water were not detected Legionella pneumophila, fresh air volume, air conditioning air supply, duct surface health indicators, except 22 The total number of bacteria in 9 rooms was beyond the standard (pass rate was 10%), and the total number of fungi in 6 rooms exceeded the pass rate (pass rate was 40%). All other health indicators passed the test. Conclusion The air-conditioning system in the hotel room air-conditioning air supply bacteria, serious fungal contamination, and its air-conditioning components are not clean, we must strengthen management, air-conditioning systems and components after cleaning and disinfection, testing and evaluation after passing.
