以北疆常用的4个普通玉米品种为材料,通过剪叶、去穗,测定叶片功能期、穗上叶的光合速率和茎鞘物质转运率等,研究各品种的源库特征。初步将供试品种划分为增源增产、增库增产和源库互作3种类型。增源增产型表现为结实率低,茎鞘物质转运率高,增加光合产物供应则产量明显提高;增库增产型表现为结实率较高,光合产物供应充足,增加小花分化数是该类型增产的关键;源库互作型表现为源库关系比较协调,增源和增库都能提高产量。
Four common maize varieties commonly used in northern Xinjiang were used as materials to study the characteristics of source and sink of the cultivars by cutting leaves and removing spikes. The leaf photosynthetic rate, photosynthetic rate and the translocation rate of stem and sheath were measured. The test varieties were divided into three types: increasing yield and increasing production, increasing production and increasing source production and stock exchange. The results showed that the increased yield of low-yielding cultivars showed low seed setting rate, high translocation rate of stems and sheaths, and significant increase of yield of photosynthate supply. The yield increase of high yielding banks showed higher seed setting rate, adequate supply of photosynthetic products and increased floret differentiation Of the key; the source library interaction performance of the source library relations more coordinated, incremental sources and increase the library can increase production.
