一般微扰法在测量粉末状材料介电常数时,需要破坏样品将材料制成杆状或圆柱状等标准形状,同时只能在单点频率下测量,具有很大的局限性。针对上述问题,提出了一种改进的测量方法——多模谐振微扰法。该方法是在微扰法基础上的改进,适合宽频无损测量粉末状材料的介电常数。对多模谐振微扰法的测量原理、系统和方法进行了较为详细的描述,通过仿真和实验得到了相应的结果并进行了误差分析,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
General perturbation method In measuring the dielectric constant of powdery materials, it is necessary to destroy the sample to make the material into a standard shape such as a rod or a cylinder. At the same time, it can only measure at the single-point frequency, and has great limitations. In view of the above problems, an improved measurement method - multi-mode resonant perturbation method is proposed. The method is based on the perturbation method to improve, suitable for wide-band non-destructive measurement of the dielectric constant of powdered materials. The measuring principle, system and method of multi-mode resonant perturbation method are described in detail. The corresponding results and the error analysis are obtained through simulation and experiment, which proves the rationality and effectiveness of the method.
