GE628 Spandex Warping Machine： Save cost of raw materials for customers
GE628 broad width and vertical spandex warping machine adopts five high-performance Lenze servo motor drives， the latest 9400 high-precision servo drive systems and the advanced laser range finders as well as technological equipments which imported from Germany， with the high quality of reliability， controllable accuracy， complete equipments， simple operation， etc. The speed of the whole process of warping is constant and the tension is under control.This machine can meet the demand of various kinds of elastic spandex wrap’s requirement.
In addition， the system has self-diagnosis function， monitoring the status of the machine and yarn tension， ensuring the safety and reliability of the system. The applied warping beam size is（Φ 21* 42） inches， and （Φ 30*42） inches is compatible. The max linear speed of yarn cone reaches 300 m/min and the top speed of warping beam is 600 m/min. The stop error should be controlled within ±3%， ensuring that a warping shaft can pause many times， but there’s no impact on the yarn drafting.

Adopting the PLC and the main inverter controls and Roller variable frequency drives to implement communication control.
