“八五”期间是我国实行改革开放的一个新的历史时期。“八五”第一年,一片阳光灿烂。今年1~6月,全国生产汽车30万辆,销售30.4万辆,是近2年内首次出现的好光景。预计今明2年将是“八五”期间汽车销售的黄金时期。汽车配件市场也将步入一个兴旺发达的时期。然而,阳光并非普照,鼓舞总是与鞭策并存。竞争的激烈发展,各地工作的不平衡状态,要求全行业决不能安于现状。在这个充满竞争的大舞台上,如何做到适者生存,并求发展,这就是今年6月底在西宁召开的全国汽车配件业务工作会议的历史使命。
