自1981年5月至1986年11月,我科用乙醇沾取鼻腔水蛭54例。现报告如下。方法及结果先备75％乙醉,在额镜的光源下,用鼻窥作鼻孔常规检查,直视见蛭体时,即用棉签浸湿乙醇,伸入鼻腔,沾贴蛭体。蛭体受到刺激后,即刻发生痉挛,此时用止血钳或枪状镊将蛭体挟出。也有部份蛭体自动掉出鼻孔。一次沾取成功38例,二次者16例(二次沾取稍候约十分钟)。对不合作的小孩,先行全麻。平卧位亦适用本法。本组病例男43例,女11例,年龄4～62岁,以青壮年为多。均系饮用溪沟水或在溪沟里洗澡、作业等,误吸水蛭进鼻腔。寄生时间30分钟至23天,表现同何如之报道,诊
