“7841”,化学名为3—(2—吡啶基)丙醇,由南开大学元素所于1978年合成,又名“PGR—1”,是一种新型高效的植物生长调节剂,经七个省、市的有关单位四年来的药效试验表明,“7841对大豆、花生等作物增产效果显著。据统计,以每亩用1克“7841”调节剂的稀释药液浸种1.5—2小时,大豆可增产22%,花生可增产16—26%。如天津市蓟县,在2,000亩花生田作示范试验,平均每亩增产15.9%,共增加收入36,000元,药剂费只化了80元。再如黑龙江省牲丹江地区,在110亩大豆田上作试验,经喷洒药剂的办法处理后,增产大豆5,000余斤,扣除药费,净增加收入1,500元左右。“7841”对人畜
