以任务为基础的工作描述(Task-basedjob Description)是国外近几年开发的一种新的系统的人力管理方法。它通过对工作人员所从事的工作进行描述,决定完成该工作所必须具备的知识、态度、技能,并应用这种方式进行监督、评价。1993年1月~1994年7月,六个农村卫生人力开发项目(简称卫生IV项目)省在卫生部组织和美国得克萨斯大学、上海医科大学专家指导下,协作开发了1276条乡村两级卫生人员工作描述。
