侧向运动或滑板训练近来已成为一较常见的有氧运动形式,这一活动是由参与者操作设备,在平面上作如速度溜冰时的侧向蹬动的练习。依据不同目的可应用于运动员训练、损伤康复及有氧健身。本文旨在研究女性在参与侧向运动训练后的生理变化和损伤发生率。 方法 受试者为25名女大学生,另有11名女大学生为对照组。受试者在训练前后进行了身体构成、生理学测定,前者包括身高、体重、体脂百分比,后者包括心率监测、VO_2峰值。对照组保持生活规律.在测定前不开展新运动项目,不改变饮食。侧向
Lateral or skateboarding has recently become the more common form of aerobic exercise that is practiced by a participant operating a device that performs lateral pedaling on a flat surface as in speed skating. According to different purposes can be applied to athletes training, rehabilitation and aerobic fitness. The purpose of this article is to study the physiological changes and the incidence of injuries in women after they participate in lateral exercise training.
