目的:观察3种不同的空气消毒器的空气消毒效果。方法:用定量试验法,在实验室和现场不同消毒因子协同作用下对空气中微生物的杀灭效果进行研究。结果:在试验温度20℃~25℃、相对湿度55%~65%的条件下,空气消毒器A开机作用45 min,对20 m3密闭房间空气中人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100.00%,在70 m3房间里作用90 min空气中自然菌的消亡率为92.16%;在基本相同的试验条件下,空气消毒器B对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.98%,空气中自然菌的消亡率为95.81%;同样条件下空气消毒器C对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.98%,在100 m3房间里作用90 min空气中自然菌的消亡率为92.61%。结论:3种空气消毒器对实验室人工喷染的试验菌和现场自然菌均有较好的杀灭作用。
Objective: To observe the air disinfection effect of 3 different air sterilizers. Methods: Quantitative test method was used to study the killing effect of microbes in the air under the synergic effect of different disinfectants in laboratory and field. Results: Under the conditions of 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, relative humidity 55% ~ 65%, the air sterilizer A was switched on for 45 min, and the killing rate of artificial spraying Staphylococcus aureus in air of 20 m3 closed room was 100.00%. In the 70 m3 room, the natural bacteria in the air for 90 min was 92.16%. Under the same experimental conditions, the kill rate of Staphylococcus aureus by air sterilizer B was 99.98% The rate of death of the air sterilizer C against Staphylococcus aureus was 99.98% under the same conditions, and the rate of natural bacteria in the air was 92.61% within 90 minutes in a 100 m3 room. Conclusion: The three kinds of air sterilizers have a good killing effect on laboratory artificial spraying bacteria and on-site natural bacteria.
