地税代收工会经费工作的开展,使工会经费得到大幅度的增加,工会经费收缴率有了明显提高,为工会增强了经济实力,为工会开展各项工作提供了有力的物资保证。一、委托地税代收工会经费取得的成效委托税务代收工会经费工作的全面展开,改变了过去传统的工会经费收缴方式,较好地解决了工会经费长期存在的收缴难点和盲点的问题,把工会从原来“全年收经费,全员收经费”的工作状态下解放出来。实践表明,地税代收工会经费工作,不单是经费收缴方式的改变,更是顺应贯彻落实科学发展观的要求,打破传统思维模式,创新工会经费收缴工作机制,实现工会经费收缴工作法制化。代收工会经费是落实 Local tax collection Trade union funds work carried out, so that trade union funds have been significantly increased, the collection rate of union funds has been significantly improved for the trade unions to enhance economic strength, for the trade unions to carry out the work provided a powerful material guarantee.
