现代企业竞争力的大小越来越取决于员工素质和能力的高低,因而富有远见的企业都十分注重员工培训。当前,石化企业改革发展正如我国市场经济还处在起步阶段,企业员工培训工作仍处于不稳定和低水平状态,培训效益难以体现。本文通过对石化企业员工培训工作普遍存在的问题,从培训理念、培训体系、培训方式、培训激励、效果评估、员工心态等方面进行了深入思考,提出了相应的建议。
The size of modern enterprise competitiveness depends more and more on the quality and ability of employees, so far-sighted enterprises pay great attention to staff training. At present, the reform and development of petrochemical enterprises, just as China’s market economy is still in its infancy, the training of employees is still in a state of unstable and low-level, difficult to reflect the effectiveness of training. Based on the ubiquitous problems of staff training in petrochemical enterprises, this article deeply ponders over the training concept, training system, training mode, training incentive, effectiveness evaluation and employee mentality, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
