目的了解成都市50家医疗机构血液透析室管理现状,分析并提出管理建议。方法通过现场监督检查和问卷调查相结合的方法,对成都市设有血液透析室的50家医疗机构管理现状进行调查分析。结果 80.0%医疗机构血液透析室建筑布局合理、标识清楚,98.0%医疗机构对透析单元进行消毒灭菌到位,84.0%医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果检测合格,但仅33.3%其他无等级医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果检测合格,90.0%医疗机构有开展消毒监测,但仅33.3%其他无等级医疗机构有开展消毒监测,98.0%医疗机构传染病指标检测和复查达标,82.0%医疗机构对使用消毒产品生产企业卫生许可证索取完整。结论卫生监督行政部门仍需加强对医疗机构血透室的监督和指导,特别应加强人员培训检查和不同级别医院透析室消毒和水质的管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of hemodialysis room management in 50 medical institutions in Chengdu, analyze and propose management suggestions. Methods Through the combination of on-the-spot supervision and inspection and questionnaire survey, the management status of 50 medical institutions with hemodialysis rooms in Chengdu was investigated and analyzed. Results Eighty percent of the hemodialysis rooms in the medical institutions had a reasonable layout and a clear identification. 98.0% of the dialysis units were sterilized and disinfected by medical institutions, 84.0% of them were qualified to disinfect and sterilize the medical institutions, but only 33.3% were disinfected by other non-grade medical institutions Disinfection monitoring was conducted in 90.0% of the medical institutions, but only 33.3% of the other non-level medical institutions carried out disinfection and monitoring, 98.0% of the infectious diseases in the medical institutions were tested and re-checked, and 82.0% of the medical institutions were disinfected with disinfection products Production companies obtain a complete health permit. Conclusion Health supervision departments still need to strengthen the supervision and guidance of hemodialysis units in medical institutions. In particular, personnel training and examination and disinfection of dialysis rooms and management of water quality in different levels of hospitals should be strengthened.
