在我国当前的国民经济投资当中很大的一个部分是被建设工程的投资所占据了,在建设工程当中,对投资控制有着相当重要影响的环节要数工程造价审核工作了。使工程造价行业管理和工程质量控制纳入法制化,规范化的轨道,这就要求我们建设单位和施工单位在项目实施过程中,严格掌握工程造价质量控制的有关要求,使项目实施成本降到最低、最好。也就使工程造价的审核工作需要做包含了很多的方面工作,如何对工程项目进行定义,还有审核原则以及内容等等,我们需要有一个全面的了解,以提高建筑工程造价的审核质量水平。
