进入新世纪我国高职教育取得了跨越式的发展,为适应经济社会发展的需要高职院校设置了不少新专业,如软件开发、汽车运用与维修、物流管理、电子商务等前沿专业。然而随着我国高校扩招高等教育规模不断扩大引起的就业形势越来越严峻,大学生就业已经成为一个社会性问题的情况下新专业学生的就业也遇到了困难。本文以电子商务专业为例探讨在竞争日益激烈的就业市场中高职新专业学生如何适应市场需要找到自己的位置,提高就业水平。
In the new century, China’s higher vocational education has made leaps and bounds. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development, some new specialties have been set up in higher vocational colleges, such as software development, automotive operation and maintenance, logistics management and e-commerce. However, as the employment situation caused by the expanding enrollment of higher education in our country is getting more and more serious, the employment of new majors has also encountered difficulties when the employment of college graduates has become a social problem. This essay takes the e-commerce major as an example to discuss how to find out its own position and improve the employment level for new vocational students in higher vocational education in the increasingly competitive job market.
