目的:探讨云南滇西不同海拔地区健康人群血常规参数的差异。方法:对在我院健康体检的2 471例按地区海拔高度分为大理组、维西组、香格里拉组和德钦组4组。采用日本Sysmex XT-2000i全自动五分类血细胞分析仪检测白细胞6项、红细胞4项、血小板3项及网织红细胞6项等19个项目。结果:4组健康人群间WBC、LYMPH%、NEUT%、EO%、MONO%及BASO%等6项指标间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大理组与维西组所有项目间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而大理组和维西组RBC、Hb、HCT、HFR、RDW-SD、LFR及PDW等7项指标水平显著低于香格里拉组(P<0.05),低于德钦组(P<0.05)。大理组和维西组PLT、PCT、RET、RET%、IRF及MFR等6项指标水平显著高于香格里拉组(P<0.05),高于德钦组(P<0.05)。结论:随着海拔升高,云南滇西高海拔地区健康人群血细胞部分参数也随之发生变化。
Objective: To investigate the differences of blood parameters among healthy population at different altitudes in western Yunnan. Methods: A total of 2 471 cases of physical examination in our hospital were divided into 4 groups according to the regional altitude: Dali, Weixi, Shangrila and Deqin groups. Sixteen leukocytes, four erythrocytes, three platelets and six reticulocytes were detected by the Japanese Sysmex XT-2000i automatic five-class hematology analyzer. Results: There was no significant difference in WBC, LYMPH%, NEUT%, EO%, MONO% and BASO% between the 4 groups of healthy people (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between Dali and Weixi groups (P> 0.05). The levels of RBC, Hb, HCT, HFR, RDW-SD, LFR and PDW in Dali and Weixi groups were significantly lower than those in Shangri-la group and Deqin group (P <0.05). The levels of PLT, PCT, RET, RET%, IRF and MFR in Dali and WeiXi groups were significantly higher than those in Shangri-La group and Deqin group (P <0.05). Conclusion: With the altitude increasing, some parameters of blood cells in healthy people in Yunnan high-altitude areas also change.
