转变学习方式,崇尚创造,让学生在学习中获得个性解放,是我国当前基础教育课程改革的主旋律。要真的实施这一点,教师必须要转变自己的教学方式。其中,对教学进行合理的构思与设计又是最关键的一环。对此新课程要求:教师是学生学习的合作者、引导着、参与者,教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程,课程变成一种动态的、发展的、个性化的创造过程。这一要求明确了教师的教学理念与方式的转变程度,同时也体现了对学生的学习方式给予明确指导的程度。
Changing the way of learning, advocating creation, and letting students get liberated in their study are the main melody of the current basic education curriculum reform in our country. To really implement this, teachers must change their teaching methods. Among them, the teaching of rational design and design is the most crucial part. The requirements of this new curriculum: Teachers are the collaborators of student learning. The guide, the participants, and the teaching process are the interactive processes of teacher-student interaction and common development. The curriculum becomes a dynamic, developmental and individualized creation process. This requirement clarifies the degree of change in the teaching philosophy and approach of teachers and at the same time shows the extent to which students are taught explicitly.
