为了探讨在不同运动量的运动训练中 ,机体内皮细胞内分泌功能的变化及其与机体氧自由基代谢之间的关系 ,以及VitE对大运动量训练后内皮细胞内分泌功能的影响 ,对SD大鼠进行了为期 8周的游泳训练 ,测定其血浆内皮素 (ET)、血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量、血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 :①适量的运动训练可使大鼠血浆ET含量下降 ,使血清NO含量升高 ,且ET/NO值下降。说明中、小强度的运动训练可增强内皮细胞NO的分泌 ,而抑制ET的分泌。因此 ,适量的运动训练对降低正常人或轻度高血压患者的血压有良好的影响。②长时间大运动量运动训练后 ,大鼠血浆ET含量上升 ,血清NO含量下降 ,且ET/NO值升高。说明过量的运动训练可增强内皮细胞ET的分泌 ,而抑制NO的分泌。③机体内血浆ET含量与血清SOD/MDA呈显著负相关 ,血清NO含量与SOD/MDA值呈显著正相关 ,且ET/NO与血清SOD/MDA值呈显著负相关。说明机体抗氧化能力增强时 ,可抑制ET的分泌和促进NO的分泌。因此 ,长期大运动量的运动训练使机体SOD活力下降 ,MDA含量升高 ,可能是导致机体ET分泌增多 ,NO分泌减少的生理机制。④VitE可通过抑制氧自由基的生成 ,使大鼠大运动量训练后血浆ET下降 ,血清NO含量升高。从而表明VitE对大运动量训练后的大鼠内皮细?
