本仪器是一种采用了电容传感器进行非接触式测量的数字式测量仪器,它避免了接触式测量仪器由于摩擦、自热、变形和力的作用等不利因素的影响。具有高分辨率、高精度和宽测量范围的特点。它可以广泛地应用于科研和生产中的微米级振动测量。本仪器可以外接打印机、图示仪、示波器、频谱分析仪和数字电压表等。该仪器还可以做为高精度静位移测量时使用。
This instrument is a kind of digital measuring instrument which adopts capacitive sensor to make non-contact measurement. It avoids the influence of unfavorable factors of contact measuring instrument due to friction, self-heating, deformation and force. Features high resolution, high accuracy and wide measurement range. It can be widely used in scientific research and production of micron-level vibration measurement. The instrument can be an external printer, icon, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and digital voltmeter. The instrument can also be used as a high-precision static displacement measurement.
