社会在不断发展与进步,对教师的要求越来越高,为此,近年来校本培训应运而生。这是提高教师教育教学水平的有效途径之一。但从基层学校的实际操作来看,由于培训形式比较单一,理论性太强,与教师的教学实际联系不够紧密,所以教师参与度比较小,造成培训的效率不高。如何能够更好地让培训内容为教师们接受,从而更好地释放培训效果,是很多基层学校思考的问题。基于此,“十二五”校本培训期间,同济中学做了积极的探索和实践,着力把培训内容的针对性和培训形式的多样性有机结
With the continuous development and progress of society, teachers’ demands have become higher and higher. For this reason, school-based training has emerged in recent years. This is one of the effective ways to improve the level of teacher education and teaching. However, from the point of view of the actual operation of grass-roots schools, due to the relatively simple forms of training, the theoretical nature is too strong, and the teacher’s teaching is not closely related to the actual teaching, so the participation of teachers is relatively small, resulting in inefficient training. How to better enable the training content to be accepted by teachers, so as to better release the training effect, is a problem that many grassroots schools think about. Based on this, during the “Twelve Five Years” school-based training, Tongji Middle School has made active exploration and practice, focusing on the organic content of the training content and the diversity of training forms.
