近几年来,我厂职工队伍的结构发生了很大变化。现在,全厂三十五岁以下的青工有1038人,占职工总数的72.5％,由于缫丝行业的特点,其中女青工有808人,占青工总数的75.6％,占全厂女职工数的76％,做好女青工的思想政治工作,已成为我厂进一步做好思想政治工作的重要组成部分。为此,我们调查分析了女青工的思想、心理、情绪、爱好和要求。对于如何针对她们的特点来确定教育内容和方法,进行了初步的探讨。 (一) 唯物主义的一个基本观点是存在决定意识,就我厂女青工的整体来说,她们的思想
