目的:了解目前医疗机构肺结核病人报告和转诊工作实施情况及实施中存在问题。方法:采用回顾性调查方法。结果:1.城市和农村地区医疗机构发现肺结核病人的报告和转诊情况有差异,报告情况城市好于农村,转诊情况农村好于城市;2.医疗机构发现肺结核病人的查痰率低仅为13.3%;3.未到结防机构就诊病人的未到位原因主要是报告卡姓名或地址等信息有误和病人住院治疗。4.实施医疗机构肺结核病人报告和转诊措施后,被调查地区结防机构的就诊病人数和发现的活动性肺结核病人数均较去年同期增加;结论:医疗机构在肺结核病人发现工作中起着重要作用,医院做好肺结核病人的报告和转诊,可提高一个地区的肺结核病人发现数量。但是目前此项措施实施中还存在有问题,医疗机构应主动做好肺结核病例的报告和转诊,并做好肺结核病人的宣传,说服病人提供真实信息和主动到当地结防机构就诊;结核病防治机构应做好与医疗机构的沟通和合作,以保证更多的肺结核病人到结防机构接受正规化疗和管理。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current implementation status of TB reports and referrals in medical institutions and problems in their implementation. Methods: A retrospective survey method was used. Results: 1.Medical institutions in urban and rural areas found differences in the reporting and referral status of TB patients. The reporting situation was better in urban areas than in rural areas, and the referral situation in rural areas was better than that in urban areas. 2.Medical institutions found that the sputum sampling rate of TB patients was low Was 13.3%; 3 not to the end of treatment institutions, the patient is not in place mainly because the report card name or address and other information is wrong and patient hospitalization. 4. After implementing TB reports and referral measures in medical institutions, the number of visiting TB prevention and treatment institutions and the number of TB cases detected in the surveyed areas increased over the same period of last year. Conclusion: Medical institutions play a significant role in discovering tuberculosis patients The important role that hospitals can do in reporting and referral to tuberculosis patients can increase the number of tuberculosis cases found in a region. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of this measure. Medical institutions should take the initiative to report and refer cases of tuberculosis cases and promote tuberculosis patients so as to persuade patients to provide real information and take the initiative to visit local prevention and treatment institutions.
