本文旨在探讨员工人力资本利用效率的内涵及其影响因素,并基于OLS和有序Probit模型进行实证检验,通过对我国制造企业员工的调查发现,短期激励、沟通机制、规章制度、员工关系、受教育程度、工作年限对员工的人力资本利用效率有显著影响,长期激励和职业流动对员工的人力资本利用效率没有显著影响;女性员工的人力资本利用效率高于男性;企业规模和类型对员工人力资本利用效率有显著影响;企业特性、员工特性对员工智力资本、社会资本和情感资本的利用效率分别有不同的显著影响。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the connotation of human capital utilization efficiency of employees and its influencing factors. Empirical tests are carried out based on OLS and Ordered Probit models. According to the findings of short-term motivation, communication mechanism, rules and regulations, employee relations, Education level and working life have significant effects on employee’s human capital utilization efficiency, while long-term motivation and job mobility have no significant effect on employees’ human capital utilization efficiency; the utilization rate of human capital of female employees is higher than that of men; Human capital utilization efficiency has a significant impact; enterprise characteristics, employee characteristics of staff intellectual capital, social capital and emotional capital utilization efficiency has a different significant impact.
