南充内燃机厂为确保即将大批量投放市场的新产品N6102Q型柴油机的工作可靠性,在已完成该柴油机定型试验(包括可靠性试验)的基础上,从1993年1月中旬~3月初在厂内燃机研究所试验室严格按JBn3744—84《汽车发动机可靠性试验方法》标准进行了1000h全速、全负荷(n=3000r/min,Ne=103kW)可靠性试验。经42天累计1000h试验表明:该柴油机运行正常,运行过程中主要技术性能指标(包括动力性、经济性、排放)均优于设计要求,零、部件故障率和主要零件、运动副磨损值均低于JBn3744—84《汽车发动机可靠性试验方法》
