各省、自治区、直辖市税务局,各计划单列市税务局,海洋石油税务管理局各分局: 第八届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议于1993年10月31日通过了修改《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》的决定,自1994年1月1日起施行。为了贯彻执行修改后的《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》,国家税务总局制定了个人所得税申报表,共五类九种(中、英文对照)。
The tax bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, the tax bureaus of various cities separately listed in the plan, and the bureaus of the Offshore Oil Taxation Administration Bureau: The 4th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress passed the amendment on “The People’s Republic of China Personal Income Tax Law ”decision, since January 1, 1994 come into force. In order to implement the amended “Individual Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the State Administration of Taxation has formulated a personal income tax return of five types and nine types (in Chinese and English).
