1991～1994年,我院共安置生理性心脏起搏52例(男32例,女20例;年龄33～69岁)。其中双腔心脏起搏(DDD)36例,双腔频率应答起搏(DDDR)2例,心房起搏(AAI)13例,心房频率应答起搏(AAIR)1例。诊断为病窦综合征30例、心肌炎Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞15例、双结病变4例、冠心病合并Ⅱ°Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞2例、风湿性心脏病合并三束支阻滞1例。术前对30例病窦综合征作经食管心房调搏检查,文氏阻滞点>120次/min者14例安装了AAI起搏器,文氏阻滞点<120次/min者安装了
From 1991 to 1994, 52 cases of physiological cardiac pacing (32 males and 20 females; aged 33-69 years) were housed in our hospital. There were 36 cases of DDD, 2 cases of DDDR, 13 cases of atrial pacing (AAI) and 1 case of AAR. Diagnosed as sick sinus syndrome in 30 cases, myocarditis Ⅲ ° atrioventricular block in 15 cases, double junction lesions in 4 cases, coronary heart disease with Ⅱ ° Ⅱ atrioventricular block in 2 cases, rheumatic heart disease combined with three bundle branch resistance Hysteresis in 1 case. Preoperative 30 cases of sinus syndrome for transesophageal atrial pacing, Wen’s block point> 120 beats / min were installed in the AAI pacemaker 14, Venn block <120 beats / min were installed
