我厂热处理车间运用优选法改进热处理工艺,取得了一定成效,情况如下:一、用优选法缩短上柴4110球墨铸铁汽缸套热处理正火时间。原来4110球墨铸铁汽缸套正火工艺是990±10℃,保持四小时,随炉冷却至780℃~820℃,整炉空气冷却。试验的目的,是在保证质量的前提下,提高生产效率,缩短保温时间。根据实际经验990±10℃,保温二小时,白口不能完全消除,因此我们确定在2~4小时之间优选,找合
