Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is not only one of the more reliable indicators of primary liver cancer diagnosis, but also can be used to predict abnormal fetus. In order to adapt its operating procedures to the needs of new developments, we made some improvements. After the experiment, the optimal concentration of the selected antibody is 1: 20,000 (final reaction concentration). The final concentration of PEG (M = 12,000) with 22.5% separation agent was 7.5%.
