思想政治工作是一项较为复杂的社会系统工程。从实质上看:就是为了实现一定的政治任务、政治目标而去做人的工作,做人的思想教育、转化、引导工作。思想政治工作是经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线。做好新时期的思想政治工作,应在拿实招、讲实干、求实效上下功夫,做到针对性、全面性、多样性的有机统一。只有这样,我们的思想政治工作才能常做常新、解疑释惑、永葆旺盛的生命力。几年来,我坚持从广大干部职工的思想和工作实际出发,把思想政治工作与金融中心工作紧密联系起来,以人为本,坚持“六抓”。将思想政治工作做细、做深、做扎实。从而有效保证了各项工作的顺利进行。 Ideological and political work is a more complicated social system project.
