目的观察盐酸氟桂利嗪联合维脑路通治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法106例偏头痛患者随机分为2组:治疗组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪5～10mg,每日睡前口服1次;维脑路通每次200mg,每日3次口服。对照组给予尼莫地平20mg,谷维素20mg,均为每日3次口服。2组均连用30d。结果总有效率治疗组为94.6%,对照组为66.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氟桂利嗪联合维脑路通治疗偏头痛疗效好,副作用小,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of flunarizine hydrochloride and venlaton in the treatment of migraine. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride 5 ~ 10mg orally daily at bedtime; every 200mg Venoruton, orally three times daily. The control group was given nimodipine 20mg, oryzanol 20mg, all three times a day orally. 2 groups were used in conjunction with 30d. Results The total effective rate was 94.6% in the treatment group and 66.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Flunarizine combined with venomolide has good curative effect and little side effects and is worth popularizing in clinic.
