为适应某些产品的加工急需,我们研制成功了微型机控制 J1516—1型单槽冲床,于1984年6月通过电子工业部鉴定,并已投入批量生产。本文以该冲床为依据,比较系统地介绍了 z—80单板机构成的冲床控制方案、控制系统框图和加工程序。其中对功率步进电机控制规律的分析与实现、断电处理、软件抗干扰等问题作了扼要说明。这些问题在其它微型机控制系统中也常遇到,有一定参考价值。
In order to meet the urgent need for the processing of certain products, we developed the microcomputer control J1516-1 single-slot punch, in June 1984 through the Ministry of Electronics Industry identified and has been put into mass production. In this paper, based on the punch, a more systematic introduction to the z-80 single-punch press machine control system, control system block diagram and processing procedures. Which the power stepper motor control law analysis and implementation, power outages, software anti-jamming and other issues made a brief description. These problems are often encountered in other microcomputer control systems, there is a certain reference value.
