本文从误差分析出发,指出在模数变换装置中应用采样保持器在于减小孔径时间,提高变换精度。分析了通常所用正反相两种采样保持器的优缺点及误差来源。给出了兼顾正反相采样保持器优点而克服它们缺点的一种高速采样保持器电路。扩展了所用高增益集运算放大器的频带。采取了一些克服误差的措施。给出了可行、有效的测试方法。从而使它具有速度快、精度高、制作方便等特点。解决了实际运用上的一些问题。
Based on the error analysis, this paper points out that the application of sample-and-hold in the ADC is to reduce the aperture time and improve the conversion accuracy. The advantages and disadvantages of the two types of samplers and their sources of error, which are commonly used, are analyzed. A high speed sample-and-hold circuit is presented that overcomes the disadvantages of both positive and negative sample and hold relays. Extends the band of high gain op amps used. Some steps have been taken to overcome the error. A feasible and effective test method is given. So that it has the speed, high precision, easy to manufacture and so on. Solve the practical application of some of the problems.
