The war in World War II was first started in Asia and Japanese imperialism was the culprit in igniting the war. Japan used to be a feudal country dominated by the warrior class and has long implemented the policy of “closing its door to lock up its own country.” After the middle of the 19th century, the western countries such as the United States and Britain successively used force to open their doors to Japan. The feudal rule began to waver. In 1868, Japan implemented the “Meiji Restoration” under the slogan of “Respecting the King and Resting in the Countryside,” “Strengthening the Wealth and Strong Soldiers.” Since then, capitalism has been rapidly developed. Japan has gradually become a military feudal and imperialist country and embarked on the path of aggression and expansion abroad.
