杭州瑞丰投资集团开发投资的瑞典.中欧科工贸城,是经国家相关部委批准和省发改委立项,顺应中国经济“走出去”的发展思路,迎合全球化发展趋势。根据国家有关部门指导意见,杭州瑞丰投资集团将原先的中国商贸城提升为中欧科工贸城,使项目整体更合理,更科学,更有利于中方企业的投资。在国家发改委、工商总局、公安部出入境管理局、浙江省发改委、工商局、外汇管理局等相关部门的大力支持下,瑞典.中欧科工贸城项目前已获得国家发改委的认可,取得开发投资项目的批文。瑞典.中欧科工贸城项目建设不断完善,目前已完成了EXPO的开业和展览厅6万平方米的建设工作,项目的经营模式也进行了一定的调整,形成“1+2+3”的投资模式,包括一个国际公司、两处永久不动产和一家三口商居瑞典的机会。公司对项目投资价格做出了相应的修整,增加了招商出租经营内容,力求将物超所值的回报带给广大投资者。
