目的 分析、评价 1 999~ 2 0 0 3年安徽省食品卫生样品的监测结果 ,为保障我省人民食品卫生安全提供参考依据。方法 依据中华人民共和国国家标准GB4 789- 94和GB/T5 0 0 9- 96 ,对 1 999~ 2 0 0 3年安徽省食品卫生样品进行监测分析。结果 我省食品卫生样品监测合格率有逐年升高的趋势 ,但各类食品合格率有较大差异 ,总体水平仍有待进一步提高。结论 为进一步保障食品卫生 ,食品卫生实验室的检测能力需进一步加强 ,检测项目需进一步扩展
Objective To analyze and evaluate the monitoring results of food hygiene samples in Anhui Province from 1999 to 2003, and provide reference for ensuring the safety of food in our province. Methods According to the national standards GB4789-94 and GB / T5909-96 of the People’s Republic of China, the monitoring and analysis of food hygiene samples in Anhui Province from 1999 to 2003 was conducted. Results The qualified rate of food hygienic sample monitoring in our province has been increasing year by year, but the passing rates of various types of food are quite different. The overall level still needs to be further improved. Conclusion In order to further ensure food hygiene, the testing capabilities of food hygiene laboratories need to be further strengthened and the testing projects need to be further expanded
