在跳远比赛中,往往很多有实力的运动员却因为踏跳犯规或不上板导致成绩不理想。在体育教学中,我发现80%以上的女生很害怕跳远。她们不敢跑、更不敢在起跳区起跳。造成这种现象的因素很多,本文主要从跳远的踏跳,助跑与起跳的衔接,助跑造成的加速的节奏,步点的丈量及心理等几个方面来分析探讨并提出改进助跑教学的方法,以来提高跳远的成绩。
