对80余份青花菜资源采用苗期多抗性人工接种和田间鉴定相结合的方法进行鉴定。筛选出一份抗TuMV兼抗黑腐病的抗源材料和一份抗TuMV耐黑腐病的抗源材料。并用该两个抗源材料与其它自交系杂交,初步选出两个优良的杂交组合,田间表现抗病毒病兼抗黑腐病,且具有优良的经济性状
The identification of more than 80 parts of broccoli resources by multi-resistant seedling and artificial inoculation field identification methods were identified. An anti-TuMV anti-black rot disease resistant material and a anti-black rot resistant TuMV material were screened. And the two anti-source materials were used to cross with other inbred lines to initially select two excellent hybrid combinations. The field showed antiviral and anti-black rot disease with excellent economic traits
