鉴于抗甲氟喹恶性疟原虫株的出现和蔓延,为挖掘甲氟喹的抗疟潜能,作者研究了甲氟喹与五氟利多等药物联用对尼日利亚恶性疟原虫的效果。
In view of the appearance and spread of anti-fluoroquinolone-resistant Plasmodium falciparum strains, the authors investigated the efficacy of mefloquine in combination with pentaflumoxo against Plasmodium falciparum in Nigeria in order to explore the anti-malarial potential of mefloquine.
