我国高速公路管理企业在国家体制中依旧属于事业单位,在事业单位工作办事之间一般存在着推诿责任和工作效率不高现象,现在我国高速公路企业当中大部分都存在在编人数过多,工作人员素质参差不齐的现象,出现这种现象的根本原因主要是由于高速公路人力资源管理中的缺少激励机制,让工作人员没有足够的工作热情。本文从我国高速公路的管理机构现呈现出人力资源管理入手,对高速公路人力资源管理中激励机制进行分析。
China’s expressway management enterprises still belonged to public institutions in the state system. Generally speaking, there is a phenomenon that pushing responsibility and working efficiency are not the highest among the public institutions. Most of the expressway enterprises in our country now exist in areas such as excessive numbers of people and jobs The uneven quality of personnel, the root cause of this phenomenon is mainly due to lack of incentives in the human resources management of the highway, so that staff do not have enough enthusiasm for work. This article starts from the human resources management of highway agencies in our country, and analyzes the incentive mechanism in the human resources management of expressways.
