深圳“8·5”爆炸尘埃尚未落定,仅隔104天,1993年11月19日,深圳葵涌镇致丽工艺玩具厂发生特大火灾,烧死82人,为广东省近十几年来火灾死亡人数之最,现场目不忍睹,损失惨重。据报道,有关方面决定“将已烧成废墟的致丽工艺玩具厂现场保存,让全市各区、镇和企业组织人员参观,从中吸取教训”。此决定令人在慰藉之余又感忧虑:历次事故之后,都强调“吸取教训”,但新的事故还是层出不穷,如何才能真正吸取教训?安全问题,关系到每个职工的生命及国家财富,何时才能得到足够的重视,走向健全的法制管理?!是依法管理安全生产的时候了!
