[目的]观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤联合西药治疗痰阻血瘀型胸痹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组31例:阿司匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯、美托洛尔等扩血管、抗血小板、调脂、降压、抗心绞痛等。治疗组31例瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤(瓜蒌12g,薤白、法半夏各9g,熟地15g,川芎8g,当归15g,赤芍10g,桃仁9g,红花6g),水煎400m L,1剂/d,饭后30min口服,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.55%。对照组显效6例,有效16例,无效9例,总有效率70.97%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。心电图改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤联合西药治疗痰阻血瘀型胸痹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of treating the chest paralysis with phlegm obstructing and blood stasis by using Guixiabaibanxiaxia Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and western medicine. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 62 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the method of lot drawing. The control group of 31 patients: aspirin, isosorbide mononitrate, metoprolol and other vasodilators, anti-platelet, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, anti-angina and so on. The treatment group, 31 cases of melon 蒌 薤 white Pinellia soup with Taohongsiwutang (melon 蒌 12g, 薤 white, France Pinellia each 9g, Rehmannia 15g, Chuanxiong 8g, Angelica 15g, red peony root 10g, peach kernel 9g, safflower 6g) Fried 400m L, 1 / d, 30min after meals orally, 2 times / d; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, angina pectoris, ECG, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] In the treatment group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.55%. In the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.97%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). ECG improved treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The results show that the curative effect is satisfactory and there is no serious side effects. It is worth popularizing.
