目的:采用HPLC法测定白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量。方法:采用ZOBAX SB-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.8%磷酸溶液(45:55)作为流动相,流速为0.8ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长为350nm。结果:木犀草素在1.06~10.60μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为98.31%,RSD为1.33%。结论:本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of luteolin in P. vulgaris by HPLC. Methods: A ZOBax SB-C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.8% phosphoric acid solution (45:55). The flow rate was 0.8ml·min~(-1). Temperature: 30°C, detection wavelength is 350 nm. Results: The linearity of luteolin was good in the range of 1.06~10.60μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of luteolin was 98.31% and the RSD was 1.33%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of luteolin in P. vulgaris.
