“同课异构”是一种教研形式,它可以有效促进教师之间的相互学习,达到优势互补,智慧共享,促进教师教学与教研水平的共同提高。我区开展了巧借“同课异构”教研平台,提升音乐教师教学能力的教研活动。本文阐述了制定同课异构教研方案;明确主题,个人自备、分头施教;一起展示,相互学习,共同提高;集思广益、智慧碰撞、解决问题的实施策略,期望促进教师的教学与研究能力。 “Heterogeneous lectures” is a form of teaching and research, which can effectively promote mutual learning among teachers and achieve the complementary advantages and wisdom sharing, and promote the common improvement of teachers’ teaching and teaching and research.
