研究了热轧板常化后的晶粒尺寸对成品组织、织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随着热轧板晶粒尺寸的增加,成品晶粒尺寸增加;成品织构中γ纤维织构,特别是{111}<110>织构组分明显降低,磁感应强度B50显著提高。
The effects of the normalized hot-rolled sheets on the microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of the finished product were investigated. The results show that the grain size of the finished product increases with the increase of the grain size of the hot-rolled sheet. The γ fiber texture, especially the {111} <110> texture component of the finished product structure decreases obviously and the magnetic induction intensity B50 increases significantly.
