目的:将白芍的4种药效组分、甘草的5种药效组分根据芍药甘草汤中的药效组分实测值进行配伍,配伍成芍药甘草汤组分中药研究镇痛作用。方法:分别将昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、阳性对照组(阿司匹林10mg/kg)、芍药甘草汤组(10,20,30mg/kg),口服给药观察芍药甘草汤的镇痛效果。结果:芍药甘草汤组分中药显示出显著的镇痛效果,药效组分配伍比例相同时镇痛效果相似,药效组分配伍比例不同时镇痛效果有显著差异。结论:药效组分配伍比例相同时代表相同的组分中药,因此具有相同的治疗作用;药效组分配伍比例不同时候,代表不同的组分中药,因此具有不同的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the four pharmacodynamic components of Radix Paeoniae Alba and the five pharmacological components of Radix Glycyrrhizae according to the measured values of the pharmacodynamic components of Paeonia Lactiflora Paeoniae Alba, and to study the analgesic effect of traditional Chinese medicine as the component of Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, positive control group (aspirin 10mg / kg), Shaoyao Gancao Decoction group (10,20,30mg / kg), and oral administration to observe the analgesic effect of Shaoyao Gancao Tang. Results: The Chinese herbs of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction showed significant analgesic effect. The analgesic effect was similar when the proportion of pharmacodynamic components was the same, and the analgesic effect was different when the proportion of pharmacodynamic components was different. Conclusion: The same proportion of the same time when the components of the medicinal components are in the same proportions, so they have the same therapeutic effect. Different proportions of the components of the medicinal components represent different components of the traditional Chinese medicine and therefore have different therapeutic effects.
