In order to better play the role of appraisal of achievements, to better promote the development of commercial science and technology, and to tap potential, innovation, and transformation activities of commercial enterprises, the Science and Technology Machinery Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce compiled the “Selection of Commercial Scientific and Technological Achievements” (1978-1980). Selected editors collected a total of 428 scientific and technological achievements from 1978 to 1980, divided into six parts. There are 146 circulation areas, including 24 storage and transportation of commodities; 52 storage science and technology; 33 retail and wholesale machinery; 31 oil storage and transportation;
