目的对比免疫吸附与传统药物治疗狼疮性肾炎疗效。方法入选30例患者,常规治疗组10例,常规治疗联合免疫吸附治疗组共20例,治疗前后对照疗效。结果两组患者治疗后肾功能相关指标亦显著改善,其中免疫吸附治疗组较常规治疗组更为明显。结论经过IA治疗,大部分患者的蛋白尿均可转阴或显著减少,较常规治疗方法,肾功能恢复得更早、更好。 Objective To compare the efficacy of immunosorbent and traditional medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis. Methods Thirty patients were enrolled in this study. Ten patients were treated by conventional therapy and 20 patients were treated by conventional therapy combined with immunosuppression. The curative effect was compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the renal function related indicators of both groups were also significantly improved, of which the immunosuppressive treatment group was more obvious than the conventional treatment group. Conclusion After IA treatment, most patients with proteinuria can be negative or significantly reduced compared with conventional treatment, renal function recovered earlier and better.
