Aberrant crypts (Aberrant Crypts) are confirmed precancerous lesions and are recommended as an intermediate biomarker for colorectal cancer. Quantitative analysis can be performed by non-sampling methylene blue stained specimens, observed with a 40x or 100x light microscope. This method is a simple, rapid, and economical method for screening and screening of carcinogens and protective agents.
